PalThink for Strategic Studies has implemented an initiative under the title of “Flying high with our letters of Nonviolence”, in partnership with Noor Almaref private school. This initiative is a part of “The benefits of Nonviolence culture” which aims to contribute to the creation of a peaceful environment filled with tolerance and accepting others values, and violent free.
Social activist, Dina Halabi, has started its second initiative to target more than 35 students between the age of 12-14 years. Dina launched the initiative with a variety of joyful and refreshing activities that carry the values of nonviolence, an approach to tolerance, and accepting others. In addition, she welcomed the discussion about important topics such as love, domestic peace, and etc. The children started their second activity with the flying the kites at Gaza city beach, where valuably noted, the kites carried many slogans about tolerance, hope, acceptance, and love.
At the closing of the activity, Dina requested and recommended to the school management and the participants on the importance on replicating and increasing such activities, as of the benefits, entertainment, and the cultivating environment of the concepts of nonviolence and tolerance among children.
